It's not really the best idea to keep using an item that has already sold, whether or not you have payment, are confirmed, etc. Your iPhone technically isn't yours anymore, and if something happened to it before you shipped it off (you dropped it and it broke, screen got scratched, etc.), you'd be in hot water with eBay. Anytime I sell an item, I stop using it and go ahead and box it up as soon as the listing goes up. Like I said, just some friendly advice.
